About the Role:
The Capital Planning Financial Analyst assists the Capital & Stress Testing Manager in the implementation and execution of the bank-wide capital stress testing plan. In this role, you will be a key member of the Capital Planning Team and will partner extensively with colleagues across both Corporate and line of business functions compiling forecasts, performing maintenance over key parts of the program’sinfrastructure,and facilitating the maintenance of the macro-economic variables database. This position makes a material contribution to the stress testing program’s activities and engages with associates at all levels of the company.
TheFinancial Analyst broadly supports the Bank through financial reporting and performance management needs, including reporting, analysis, and forecasting processes.
You'll analyze historical trends and support the preparation of forecasts to identify andexplain.
historical and projected variances relative to specific targets and scenarios. You will perform,direct,or oversee studies, and develop models and/or reports to support the Capital Planning program or Capital Stress Testing process.
Establish, support, and maintain processes for delivering high-quality results for Stress Testing, Capital Planning and DFAST activities to ensure timely and accurate regulatory and non-regulatory submissions.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of the stress testing program to strengthen the reliability and repeatability of key processes used in the Capital Management framework.
Partner with the lines of business, Finance and Risk functions as well as other corporate areas; facilitate cross-functional collaboration and manage inputs required from subject matter experts across the Bank.
Develop,maintain,and monitor quantitative (models) & qualitative methodologies to measure and analyze financial performance.
Conduct special studies and collaborate with other departments in the preparation of financial or statistical forecasts. May participate in the development of company financial policies, practices, and/or procedures.
Assist in the remediation of internal and regulatory recommendations related to Capital Planning Team's portfolio of activities and in the development of business requirements.
Develop analytics of key drivers of forecast results, changes in relevant business & financial metrics. Prepare and deliver presentation materials for stress testing and scenario analysis.
Drive simplicity and efficiencies in the deployment of stress testing and other capital allocation initiatives, incorporating feedback and refinement of processes from test runs to improve efficiencies.
Demonstrates compliance with all bank regulations for assigned job function and applies to designated job responsibilities – knowledge may be gained through coursework and on-the-job training. Keeps up to date on regulation changes.
Follows all Bank policies and procedures, compliance regulations, and completes all required annual or job-specific training.
Maintain a working knowledge of Bank's written policies and procedures regarding Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation CC, Regulation E, BankSecurity,and other regulations as applicable to this job description.
May be asked to coach, mentor, or train others and teach coursework as subject matter expert.

About You:
3 years in an analytical role in banking, finance, or relevant accounting or consulting roles required.
3 years of financial or risk related experience in one or more of the following areas: Capital Planning or stress testing, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Asset Liability Management (ALM), Credit, CECL, Model or a similar domain.
Bachelor's degree in finance Required.
Master’s Degree,MBA,or Certification in a related domain preferred
Intermediate level skills in spreadsheet management (MS Excel), data management and reporting required. Advanced level skills a plus.
Experience analyzing,aggregating,or summarizing data using one of the followingasplus: Power BI, SQL, Python or R.
Experience using Axiom EPM, Empyrean, Moody’s DataBuffet,and/or S&P Capital IQ Pro aplus.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as accomplish work assignments under minimal supervision and sometimes tightschedules.
Ability to work effectively with individuals and groups across the company to analyze financial data.
Excellent written, verbal communication and organizational skills
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meetdeadlines.
Work involves sitting, occasional walking, and lifting to 10 pounds.
Occasional travel.
Workstyle: Fully onsite.

We offer a competitive total rewards package including basewagesand comprehensive benefits. Thepayrange for this role is $60,000.00 to $100,000.00,and the pay rate for theselected candidate isdependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location. The rolemay beeligible for performance-based incentive compensation and those details will be provided during the recruitment process.
