Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Head to build and lead our sales team at our new office in Irving, TX. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Healthcare IT Services sales and a strong background in India offshoring. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving sales growth and building high-performing teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth in the healthcare IT services sector.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Identify and target new business opportunities within the healthcare industry, focusing on custom software development, data analytics, telehealth, EHR systems, and AI-driven solutions.
  • Leverage your expertise in India offshoring to optimize service delivery and expand our market presence.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, payers, and industry partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and drive business success.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to ensure OSP Labs remains at the forefront of healthcare IT innovation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the Healthcare IT Services industry.
  • Proven experience in managing sales teams and driving business growth in a competitive market.
  • Extensive knowledge of healthcare IT services, including custom software development, data analytics, telehealth, EHR systems, and AI-driven solutions.
  • Strong understanding of India offshoring and its application in the healthcare IT sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to travel as needed.

This position demands a seasoned professional with deep expertise in healthcare technology and IT services sales, particularly with experience in Indian offshore operations.
