66 West Mount Pleasant Avenue, Livingston, NJ
Mondays -Wednesdays 8:30-4:30, Thursdays 8:30-5:00, Fridays 8:30-4:00
Provide excellent in-person, email and telephone support to Somerset Regal Bank customers and employees for Operations Department services.
Services to support through maintenance, troubleshooting, correction and resolution include, but not limited to:
  • Online Banking
  • Bill Payment
  • Mobile Banking
  • Telephone Banking
  • Zelle payment services
  • ACH (automated clearing house) i.e. payroll direct deposit, EFTs (electronic funds transfers)
  • DDA (demand deposit account); i.e. some checking or savings accounts
  • IRA (individual retirement accounts)

Requirements
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, email and Internet
  • Ability to consistently demonstrate positive interpersonal and communication skills with colleagues & customers
  • Must be detail oriented and organized
  • Successfully completed or actively in progress to complete a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Retail banking and/or bank operations experience helpful.
