Key Responsibilities:
As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for acting as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies.
Your day-to-day activities will include:
- Coaching and mentoring the Scrum Team(s)
- Removing barriers to successful implementation
- Facilitating scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- You will also be expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform, make team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
- Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Implement innovative strategies to improve team performance and efficiency
- Identify and implement best practices for Agile methodologies
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project success
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to drive innovation
This is a hybrid on-site role based in Pennington, NJ.
