Responsibilities:

  1. Promote HR programs to create a positive and inclusive workplace
  2. Manage the execution of open enrollment, surveys, and any required trainings
  3. Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding experience for new team members
  4. Audit and reconcile bi-weekly payroll for all hourly team members
  5. Maintain and update employee data in HRIS information systems
  6. Assist in event planning and promoting monthly Employee Resource Group engagement activities
  7. Provide support to team members on various P&C topics, working to resolve any issues that arise

Qualifications and Experience:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in business, communications or other relevant field required.
  2. 3-5 years related experience
  3. Strong and effective communication skills required
  4. Willingness to facilitate trainings, orientations, and other opportunities requiring public speaking
  5. Must have strong organizational/time management skills
  6. Must be a self-starter with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
