We have multiple openings for College Admissions Representatives to join our growing team! Our Admissions team is the first point of contact for prospective students who are hoping to learn more about our programs. We are looking for engaging, warm, and enthusiastic people who can establish trusting relationships.


Pay: The starting pay range will be between $22-24/hr and we promote career progression opportunities.


Schedule: Our team mainly operates on a Monday - Friday 8am-8pm CST schedule and is offering flexible 8-hour scheduling options based on what works best for you. This person must be flexible to work an occasional Saturday.


Must be flexible for a hybrid work setup.


Day in the Life:

  1. Reach out to prospective students via phone; take incoming calls and place outbound calls in a call center fashion.
  2. Interview prospective students to determine their motivation for attending college.
  3. Understand career goals and identify the degree program that best matches their needs.
  4. Present information about the benefits of education at the University, tailoring their message to students' needs, motivation, and career goals.
  5. Guide prospective students through the admissions process, respond to questions, link them to financial aid and academic advisors, gather the documents necessary to start school, and ensure students complete admissions testing.

Keys to Success:

  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required.
  2. Comfortable with MS Office.
  3. Able to quickly learn new computer systems and databases, craft well-written, compelling messages to students/fellow colleagues, and work in a team and goal-oriented environment.
  4. A passion for higher education and the desire to help prospective students reach their goals.
