A local manufacturing company in the aerospace/defense space is looking for a skilled Engineering Manager to join their dynamic team east of the Raleigh area!

This is an incredible opportunity to manage a cross functional engineering team and lead design and development of all mechanical & electromechanical components on site.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Working experience in the aerospace and/or defense manufacturing space
• Experience working directly with external customers
• Experience leading a multi-disciplined engineering team with a demonstrated ability to drive action
