It’s an exciting time to be at Infoblox. Named a Top 25 Cyber Security Company by The Software Report and one of Inc. magazine’s Best Workplaces for 2020, Infoblox is the leader in cloud-first networking and security services. Our solutions empower organizations to take full advantage of the cloud to deliver network experiences that are inherently simple, scalable, and reliable for everyone. Infoblox customers are among the largest enterprises in the world and include 70% of the Fortune 500, and our success depends on bright, energetic, talented people who share a passion for building the next generation of networking technologies—and having fun along the way.

We are looking for a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to join our Field Sales Operations team located in the east coast time zone preferred, reporting to the director of Sales Operations, AMS. In this remote role, you will directly support our global Solution Architect (SA) teams and our global Cyber Security Sales teams. You will support these teams with our internal tools, processes, and systems as well as delivering business analytics and insights to the leaders. You will also identify key trends and KPIs with recommendation solutions to drive sales effectiveness and productivity, and own the administration of the data in platforms such as Salesforce.com, Clari and Tableau. You will collaborate with many cross functional teams such as Enablement, Sales Finance, Channel/Marketing/Business/Renewal Operations, Professional Services, Legal, and more.

You are the ideal candidate if you are a detail-oriented and analytical professional who can manage complex processes and systems and deliver actionable recommendations. You also have a passion for helping teams be more productive in their day-to-day operations.

What you’ll do:

  • Act as a strategic business partner to the global SA and cyber security teams, including joining team meetings to understand their challenges and deliver business insights through data.
  • Ensure we are optimizing our systems with IT enhancements and provide feedback on system challenges with proposed solutions.
  • Become an expert on the team’s performance, key metrics, and top initiatives, and lead initiatives to actively review and improve sales analytics and dashboards.
  • Execute cadence for daily, weekly, and monthly analytics and dashboards and provide proactive, timely, and actionable analytics to leaders.
  • Collaborate with other Revenue Operations team members to help document processes.

What you’ll bring:

  • 6-8+ years of experience in a sales, sales operations, or business analytics role in the high-tech industry with a preference for the networking security industry.
  • Solid understanding and passion for working with and supporting either pre-sales and/or sales teams.
  • Proven track record of advanced data analysis and modeling skills in a complex and fast-moving environment.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity, cloud and SaaS solutions is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to represent data, insights, and tell the story that makes the data easy to understand.
  • Salesforce.com experience required; Clari/Tableau experience highly encouraged.
  • Attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
  • Excellent intellectual curiosity – always getting the job done but asks “why are we doing this” and “how can we improve it going forward?”

What success looks like:

  • After six months, you will successfully integrate into the team and develop an understanding of the Infoblox Go-to-market (GTM) strategy and leadership requirements.
  • Deliver actionable data to the teams you support through a weekly metric report.
  • Support the EOL Process to ensure SAs have what they need to upgrade their customers.

After About a Year, You Will:

  • Integrate your knowledge into representing leading trends and insights of the business.
  • Provide recommendations on areas of tools, processes, and systems.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams on key initiatives.
