If you want to contribute to meaningful work and be part of an organization that truly believes when you win, we all win, and when you fail, we all learn, then we’re eager to hear from you.The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills:Roles & Responsibilities:(Technical Competency):Provide strong technical leadership in structural domain for Oil & Gas both upstream/downstream assetsProvide technical solution in the area of structural Offshore/Onshore Asset IntegrityHas ability to provide innovative solutions /automations/ methodologies to build a differentiation for QuestDrive and manage Engineers to execute structural Integrity workflows with Quality at scaleProvide pre-sales support for new business deals and post-sales support for the new projects assignedDrive core team members to recruit skilled resources and train internal resources to build required competencyCoordinate the activities between customer, sales organization and global technical teamsFlexible to make short business trips to offshore offices & sitesLead, develop, nurture and manage global customer relationships and drive strategic partnering initiatives to address unique business situations and complex technology needsReview technical scoping, estimation, perform feasibility studies, mapping customer expectations and design solutionsRequired Qualifications & Competencies:• Engineering degree in civil/structural engineering• 6-9 years of oil gas experience in related industry (Onshore/Offshore structural projects)• Should have sound knowledge on Oil & Gas upstream and downstream business in the following areas o Risk Based Inspection methodologies o Fixed equipment inspection tasks/ procedures o Inspection Optimization o Fitness for Service & Life extension studies o Repair scope preparation o Structural Damage Mechanisms of Offshore & Onshore structures o Familiarity with codes and standards o Knowledge of software (STAAD Pro, SACS, APM Meridium, Pestra, Credo, etc.) o Excellent verbal & written communication• Should be able to perform structural risk assessments of Offshore & Onshore structures• Should have knowledge of corrective and preventative maintenance strategy• Good interpersonal skills and working collaboratively with the other teams• Experience with Office applications (Word, Excel, and Power Point)Desired Skills:Experience with Meridium / Credo / Pestra and SAPOPITO CertificateImplementation of Automation, AI, IOT technique
