We invite passionate individuals to join our team, dedicated to exceeding customer expectations through innovative and sustainable solutions.Follows all policies and guidelines regarding workplace safety and product qualityCoordinates team activities, sets daily expectations for safety, quality, scheduling and costingUnderstands established quality standards and performs quality checks per work instructionsIdentifies root causes and trends of issues/problems in work areas, communicates information to support/empower work group and initiates action plan to resolve issuesLeads continuous improvement process and conducts daily housekeeping/5S audits to ensure continuous improvement activities.Coordinates activities for training of team as directed by supervisor, including maintaining training matrixUtilizes spreadsheets, word processing, and other necessary applications to document and track improvementsLeads by example; mentors, coaches and teaches Performs Welder III responsibilities: FCAW, GMAW, GMAW-P, TIG, GTAW, SAW, SMAW and Carbon Arc welding from blueprintsUnderstand and apply NDE codes and requirementsIdentify root causes and trends of work area issues, communicate to support and empower work group; Initiate action plan to resolve issuesMentor and advise Welders and performs Master Welder responsibilities: Interprets engineered drawings, follows red-line process, recommends modifications and improvements when applicable using weld symbols and dimensions Troubleshoots and repairs consumable failures such as spring liners and tip nozzle insulatorsEnter work hours in ERP system (Currently SAP)Drives continuous improvement process and conducts daily housekeeping/5S audits to ensure continuous improvement activities.Troubleshoot machine and equipment issues such as faulty consumablesWork collaboratively with supervisors, managers and peers to produce a quality product in a timely mannerOur Total Rewards Program goes far beyond base compensation by providing a more fulfilling work experience and offering a competitive benefits program, including:Generous PTO package and paid holidaysGenerous retirement saving planCustomizable health, dental and vision insurance (eligible on first date)Career progression plansReward and recognition programsPaid parental leaveTuition ReimbursementCompany Wellness ProgramEmployee Discount ProgramJob postings will include a wide salary range, with each role's pay falling within that range.
