Join our team and work in a dynamic and inclusive environment at BJ's Wholesale Club. As a Membership Services Associate, you will assist members with their purchases, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain the overall cleanliness of the front-line department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist members with purchases and membership renewals
• Provide high-level customer service
• Process payments and issue receipts
• Stay informed about merchandise promotions and product information
• Maintain cleanliness of the frontline area
• Manage self-checkout and scan and pan lanes

Qualifications:

• Basic math skills preferred
• Prior cashier or sales experience preferred

Work Environment:

• Most of the time is spent moving about frequently on hard surfaces
• Frequently requires lifting objects up to 30 pounds
• Located in a comfortable indoor area with infrequent exposure to temperature extremes and loud noises
