Account Executive Pay Transparency Statement

This role offers a competitive starting salary of $100,000 annually, including a $80,000 base pay and $20,000 supplemental pay, along with an uncapped commission plan. Your Role

As an Account Executive (also known as Outside Sales Representative), you'll be instrumental in acquiring new clients. From generating initial appointments to closing deals, you'll drive the sales process. Your responsibilities include reaching out to prospects, demonstrating our software, negotiating agreements, and securing new business accounts. You'll be supported by our leadership and sales enablement teams to achieve weekly metrics and sell our human capital management technology products and services effectively.


Responsibilities
  1. Excel in new-hire training by meeting or exceeding assigned metrics
  2. Initiate cold calls and set appointments with potential clients
  3. Maintain a consistent sales pipeline by conducting in-person meetings with prospects
  4. Develop relationships with decision makers and C-level executives in your assigned territory
  5. Close new accounts efficiently and support implementation processes
  6. Stay updated on product knowledge through regular team meetings and training sessions

Travel

Expect up to 25% travel, including overnight stays via various transportation methods, for training and client meetings.

Qualifications
Education/Certification:
  1. Bachelor's degree

Experience
  1. Demonstrated success in a competitive environment, preferably in sales
  2. 1-3+ years of sales experience is preferred
  3. Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  4. Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset
