Requirements


  • Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills

  • Business and human resource acumen coupled with an ability to understand client requirements
  • Initiative to follow through on tasks and work in a fast-paced environment while working with a sense of urgency
  • BS or BA highly preferred but not required


Job Responsibilities


  • Full desk model
  • Market consultants to internal sales team
  • Analyze the market and identify new trends
  • Improve the candidate database using different sources and create your own candidate network
  • Identify accounting & finance candidates for client job openings through cold calling, job postings, social media recruiting, job board sourcing, and referral generation
  • Review resumes and conduct phone screens, interviews, and reference checks for technical resources
  • Understand and summarize candidates’ key strengths, liabilities, and requirements through various technical screening practices
  • Pipeline candidates of varying accounting and finance skill sets, experience level, and pay rates.
  • Skill sets may include: CFO, treasury, financial reporting, corporate tax, compliance, internal audit, SEC reporting, GL accounting, cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, data analytics, business and analysis, financial systems, forensic accounting, credit, bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections, billing, payroll, inventory, audit/assurance services, tax services etc.
