In this role, you will collaborate closely with various departments to assess creditworthiness, analyze financial data, and ensure compliance with our bank’s lending policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities for Credit Analyst:
- Conduct thorough credit analyses and risk assessments on commercial loan applications.
- Collaborate with Loan Officers and management to gather necessary financial information and ensure accuracy of credit files.
- Prepare detailed credit proposals and recommendations for loan approval or modification.
- Monitor and manage existing loan portfolios to identify risks and opportunities.
- Participate in loan committee meetings to present and defend credit proposals.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in credit analysis within a financial institution.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Knowledge of commercial lending practices, loan documentation, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with internal stakeholders and clients.
