DESCRIPTION:
Contract Responsibilities
Identify / qualify / develop talent pipeline for specialty Engineering roles and/or Skilled Trades roles
Engagement with hiring managers to ensure pipeline candidates align with qualifications and needs of the department
Assessment of candidates will be conducted via phone screening, formal resume submittals from job postings, as well as sourcing AI tools
QUALIFICATIONS:
Requirements:
Three (3) to Five (5) years of Full-Cycle Sourcing and Recruiting experience across broad specialty roles
One (1) year of experience sourcing for multi-level roles within one or more of the following Engineering specialty areas: Civil, Structural, Geotechnical, Geomechanical, Environmental, Mechanical, Project Managers and Mining OR
One (1) year of experience sourcing for skilled trades, manufacturing or industrial roles
Must have experience utilizing multiple platforms to capitalize on sourcing and proactive outreach, technically astute
Ability to pivot and support thirty (30) vacancies, and engage with multiple hiring managers and HR staff members
Additional Details:
Candidate needs to be highly organized and attentive to details
Must be able to work in a deadline driven environment, be able to multi-task and reprioritize based on urgency of business needs
Background in mining or practical experience within Tailings, Crushed Leach & Water a plus
