This position is responsible for assisting in the development, implementation, and execution of strategic corporate plans and goals to enhance corporate business growth.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
CORPORATE PLANNING ACTIVITIES:
- Works closely with management to drive and implement Company-wide initiatives and projects including KPIs to enhance productivity.
- Organizes strategic planning activities including division meetings, KPI meetings with Tokyo, etc.
- Communicates with divisions/departments and prepares reports to reflect progress against the defined plan. Also creates reports or materials as requested by management.
- Monitors progress of KPIs, department targets, or other equivalent tasks and provides instruction or support to the relevant party to achieve key organizational outcomes.
- Assists and supports the review of department’s risk management and budget management.
OTHER ACTIVITIES:
- Data and Information Research Analysis: Obtains data and/or information from internal and/or external sources as necessary to assist various considerations in the company. Analyzes information and makes recommendations to enhance the company’s performance.
- Project Handling: Implements and administrates cross-company projects assigned by management.
- Provides support to other departments as instructed by management. This includes obtaining data using internal systems, etc.
- Handles inquiries from Headquarters in Tokyo.
- Creates reports required by the company’s ISMS program.
- Performs other duties as assigned by management.
ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION NEEDED: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
EXPERIENCE/MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED: Logical thinking.
