FabFitFun is seeking a 3PL Sales Manager to join our team! As we expand our 3PL capabilities, we are searching for a seasoned Sales Manager who will initially oversee end-to-end processes including but not limited to, prospecting, contract negotiations, and account management. Ideal candidates have experience selling third-party logistics and are self-motivated to help build out this new product offering and capabilities.

Location: FabFitFun is based in the Greater Los Angeles area in West Hollywood, CA. This role may require some travel to our Fulfillment Center located in Chino Hill, CA.

What You'll Do:

  • Generate new business and maintain existing accounts through sales activities such as inbound, outbound, referral, and outbound prospecting
  • Understand and effectively communicate the value proposition of our company
  • Ongoing coordination with the Fulfillment Center team to ensure customer requirements are met
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets set by management
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth
  • Partner cross-functionally to anticipate and solve development and integration challenges
  • Understand the communication needs of small, medium, and large-sized business customers, and design solutions to meet those unique business needs
  • Identify arising business opportunities and build long-lasting trusted relationships with prospective accounts
  • Strong knowledge of KPIs, metrics, and data analytics used for identifying opportunities and performance improvement

What You'll Bring:

  • 8+ years of professional sales experience with a proven track record of success in driving sales and managing client relationships
  • Must have previous experience in e-commerce fulfillment selling third-party logistics (3PL)
  • Proficient knowledge of warehouse management systems, order management systems, transportation management systems, and services/products related to the supply chain industry
  • Understanding of consumer product manufacturing is a plus
  • Excellent communicator who is capable of motivating teams and collaborating with diverse groups across a large organization
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and driven with the ability to learn new skills that will enable you to grow with the role
  • Ability to understand competitor strategies, products, and pricing patterns
  • Strong client service skills required
  • Process Driven: Builds long-term, sustainable approaches to workflow

The expected base salary range for this position is $100-$130K. In addition to base salary, there will also be a personalized incentive plan (commission/bonus).

The compensation package will also include an initial equity grant, in addition to a range of generous medical, dental, vision, and other perks & benefits. Compensation decisions are determined using a variety of job-related factors such as skill set, geographic location, market demands, experience, and education/certifications. If we extend an offer for employment, we will consider all individual qualifications.
