Overview:

Are you a passionate hotel salesperson who thrives in the vibrant atmosphere of a beachside resort? Join The Sunny, Miami’s highly anticipated beachfront retreat opening in late 2024, and become part of our dynamic Sales team at one of Sunny Isles Beach's most anticipated destinations. With 339 luxurious guest rooms and suites, six unique dining venues, a full-service spa, a fitness center, an ocean-front pool with a lively tiki bar and cozy fire pits, an exclusive beach club, and over 22,000 square feet of event space including breathtaking oceanfront venues, The Sunny promises to redefine the art of beachside retreats.

What you will be doing:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed revenue targets and sales goals.
  • Prospect to identify new business opportunities and cultivate strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and travel agencies.
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and efficiently close deals.
  • Collaborate closely with the revenue and marketing teams to create compelling promotional campaigns and materials.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand our client base and generate leads.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering repeat business.

Qualifications:

What you bring to the table:

  • Proven experience in hotel sales or a related field, demonstrating a history of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, adept at prioritizing and managing multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of local market trends and familiarity with competitors in the hospitality industry.
