Recruitment Manager

OVERVIEW

We are seeking someone with 5+ years of recent recruiting experience as well as 1+ year of management experience to work at a lending office with multiple locations across the southeast! This direct hire position will oversee a small team of recruiters and will be responsible for driving recruitment efforts across all locations and roles!

Description:

• Implement recruiting and hiring processes across all locations as well as goals for the recruitment team and train recruiters on those processes
• Screen candidates through assessments, online recruiting resources, interviews, and more
• Ensure compliance in the hiring process from initial screening to onboarding
• Pull reports and analytics

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of recent recruiting experience
• Management experience
• Ability to work on-site daily at an office in Greenville, SC

Compensation/Benefits

• $80,000-$85,000/year
• Health Benefits, paid holidays, and PTO
