OVERVIEW
We are seeking someone with 5+ years of recent recruiting experience as well as 1+ year of management experience to work at a lending office with multiple locations across the southeast! This direct hire position will oversee a small team of recruiters and will be responsible for driving recruitment efforts across all locations and roles!
Description:
- Implement recruiting and hiring processes across all locations as well as goals for the recruitment team and train recruiters on those processes
- Screen candidates through assessments, online recruiting resources, interviews, and more
- Ensure compliance in the hiring process from initial screening to onboarding
- Pull reports and analytics
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of recent recruiting experience
- Management experience
- Ability to work on-site daily at an office in Greenville, SC
Compensation/Benefits
- $80,000-$85,000/year
- Health Benefits, paid holidays, and PTO
