Description:
Our client is currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their team. This is a part-time, contract position.
Responsibilities Include:
- Develop and integrate detailed project plans with construction managers and other key stakeholders.
- Lead weekly team meetings, ensuring accurate documentation and effective communication of progress.
- Create and manage an issue tracking log to prioritize problems and expedite resolutions.
- Oversee coordination among all vendors to ensure consistent approach and timing.
- Monitor expenses to balance scope and budget.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field is required.
- 5+ years’ experience managing large-scale construction or a related field is required.
- Certification in Project Management (CAPM or PMP) is preferred.
- Excellent analytical and technical skills are a must.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project is preferred.
Hours:
- M-F 3-4 days per week
- (1) day in office, 2-3 days remote
