Senior Quality Control Engineer- 12 Months contract - May go full time- healthcare benefits offered.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct and maintain Factory Service Inspections to meet field service requirements.
• Prioritize inspections of high-demand field replaceable units (FRUs) based on service needs.
• Assess and verify the accuracy of service information within the service management system in accordance with departmental procedures.
• Escalate quality-related issues to the appropriate department to address service events effectively.
• Analyzes reports and defective products to determine trends and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to perform quality control inspections and facilitate the return of products to inventory.
• Develops and implements methods and procedures for process control and process improvement.
