The Customer Service and Sales Department is seeking entry-level professionals to conduct market research and develop sales tactics to help our clients maintain their industry leadership. Our roles are unlike most other companies. Synergy Manhattan provides our entry-level professionals with the same opportunities and hands-on training that is provided to our experienced/senior-level associates, with the goal of transitioning them from our Management Associate position into an Executive Client Management position.

Once you've mastered customer acquisition, you will begin to develop your skill-set as a leader and coach. Your job will be to develop and train others. As you advance within the company, you will continue learning new phases of business management. We are looking to train someone from the bottom up into a managing partner. Individuals with a hospitality or retail background have in the past shown proven success in our training program; therefore, it is a definite plus if you can provide these skill sets on your resume!

Responsibilities of the Management Associate:

  • Provide excellent customer service both in the office and during off-premise sites in person at our customers' homes.
  • Cultivate and maintain business relationships in the community and have positive interactions with our clients.
  • Assist with processes such as quote/contract generation for potential new leads.
  • Support customer engagement through direct sales strategies.
  • Stay up to date on clients' product offerings and new sales tactics.
  • Attend daily meetings - attendance is required.

Minimum Qualifications of the Management Associate:

  • Majoring in Marketing, Management, Communications, or Business.
  • Possess effective communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Likes to work independently, as part of a team, or demonstrates leadership potential.
  • Strong work ethic and desire to learn.
  • The ability to work at least 35 hours/week with potential weekends/nights.
