• Analyzing customer engagement data to identify top needs and patterns
• Conducting manual analysis and categorizing data based on insights for further development
• Performing basic Excel tasks, such as assigning categories to data based on insights shared
• Maintaining and updating customer signal analysis for AI engagements

The Ideal Candidate

• 5-7 years of experience with basic Excel capabilities
