Structural Integrity Associates, Inc. (SIA) is a professional services organization in search of an IT Manager. In this role, you will drive technology operations and be responsible for ensuring high-quality delivery of IT services to the company. Your leadership will be instrumental in planning and driving strategic change, assessing our current state, and building the future of our IT infrastructure.
What You Will Do:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Provide leadership and oversight of the IT department, comprising applications support, network infrastructure, and desktop support services.
- Foster a performance-driven culture that values technical excellence, efficiency, and innovation.
- Assess current IT infrastructure, applications, and operations to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities.
- Partner with stakeholders to implement and maintain a new Enterprise Resourcing Planning system for the company.
- Manage the IT budget, including cost control and resource allocation to support strategic initiatives.
- Develop, update, and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Partner with executives and stakeholders to identify business and technology needs.
- Stay current with the latest technology advancements and industry trends.
- Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of business functions and how to best position technology to ensure reliability, security, and scalability.
What We Look For:
- BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Information Technology, including 5+ years of staff management.
- In-depth working knowledge of cybersecurity, network and systems administration, database and data storage systems, and telecommunications systems.
- Hands-on experience with Windows 10 & Server 2016 and Microsoft Azure & Office 365 E3.
- Experience with implementation and management of company ERP system (NetSuite preferred).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills.
- Ability to think strategically while also diving deep into technical details when necessary.
Pay Rate: $135,000 to $185,000 depending on location and experience
