Role Summary
This senior individual contributor role focuses on managing full lifecycle recruitment efforts for the US Market. You will collaborate with the Market Talent Partners, leadership team, and hiring managers to develop and implement a robust multi-year talent acquisition strategy and annual hiring plan. Given the growth of our Delivery (advisory consulting and training) team, there is an emphasis in this role on developing a client-ready talent pool of industry-leading change advisors and contract consultants. Your expertise will also help accelerate our growth objectives through teamwork within the global talent team, continuously improving our employer brand, talent attraction, acquisition, and onboarding practices.

Responsibilities
Position and Job Management
- Work with Talent Partner and team leaders to identify annual hiring plans, including promotion opportunities. Develop clear role profiles leveraging Prosci’s global career architecture, including competency definition work.
Talent Pipeline Development
- Develop and manage the strategy and implementation of building our talent pipeline, with an increased focus on delivery talent (advisory consulting, instruction, training support). Identify and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify, vet, engage, and build relationships with active and passive candidates.
- Utilize Prosci’s ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other digital platforms to transition potential team members into active applications. Use employee referral, recruiting boards, social media, industry, and educational organizations to promote our employer brand and gain awareness, desire, and knowledge of current and potential opportunities.
- Specific to our Delivery function, cultivate and manage both short and longer-term candidate talent pools for full-time and contract delivery roles, tapping into industry communities and complementary disciplines.
- Participate in internal talent review meetings to identify succession pools for critical roles and to help promote internal mobility within and across career paths.
Recruiting
- Own and drive the hiring process while building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders. Collaborate with department team leaders to ensure role and hiring plan approvals.
- Recruit for all US and US-based team roles, ranging from non-exempt to executive positions. Support any overflow for Canada-based roles, as available.
- Manage the candidate experience, solicit feedback, communicate status to candidates and hiring leaders. Maintain a high level of candidate engagement throughout the entire process through regular communication.
- Ensure Prosci’s commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion throughout the attraction, sourcing, evaluation and hiring process are implemented as intended.
- Manage external recruiting partnerships, event opportunities, etc. Work with global Talent team to leverage and ensure adoption of Prosci platforms such as LinkedIn, ATS, Predictive Index, hiring and onboarding trainings, playbooks and programs.
Onboarding
- Ensure process excellence in transitioning new team members, post offer acceptance, into formal onboarding process at global, market and team levels.
- Maintain new hire relationships through support of Prosci onboarding programs and processes, working closely with Talent Partners and hiring managers to ensure success.
- Review onboarding effectiveness feedback to address onboarding concerns and drive continuous improvement efforts.
Process and Metrics, Global Talent Management Projects
- Continuously improve the current talent acquisition process. Help identify areas of improvement within interview practices, onboarding procedures, and implementing successful strategies to improve.
- Participate in other talent-related projects and initiatives, such as our Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance (ESG) capability-building efforts (including Diversity, Equity and Inclusion).
- Support global employer branding maturity, providing input and perspective on employee value proposition, program offerings, market-specific strategy, and external employer branding marketing campaigns.
Required Skills and Experience
The highest priority skills and competencies for this role include:
- Talent management and acquisition acumen – Experience with a range of different talent acquisition methods, including in-house and outsourced. Expertise in in-house talent acquisition roles, responsibilities, and intersections within progressive talent management function. Deep understanding of competency-based hiring methods. Experience with programs to identify and attract distinctive and diverse talent, including targeting under-explored talent pools as well as recognizing and correcting selection practices that may have missed qualified candidates.
- Business acumen – Interested in learning about Prosci’s business, growth plans and performance metrics. Able to understand profitability drivers and investment trade-offs, with the ability to translate business strategy into people strategy.

- Tech Savvy - Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite and HR systems. Facile with job boards, external postings management, and online candidate pool development. Anticipates and adopts innovations in digital and technology applications.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of in-house talent acquisition experience in a high-growth company.
- Experience recruiting consultants within a professional services organization. Must understand how to attract, manage, and maintain contractor positions, as well as regular employees.
- Expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter and industry marketing
- Ability to travel for meetings and events as needed (anticipating less than 10%)
Additional Preferences
- Knowledge and experience in using Korn Ferry Leadership Architect competencies for hiring and development (or similar)
- Competency-based and inclusive interviewing approaches; able to train hiring teams to increase effectiveness and efficiency.
- Certifications: Predictive Index, Prosci PCMP, HR certifications (e.g., SPHR)
- Diversity, Equity and Inclusion expertise (related to talent acquisition, performance)
- Emerging knowledge and ability in artificial intelligence application to talent acquisition

Salary range : $96,880 - $121,100 is the base salary hiring range for this role, depending on experience and skill levels. This role is also eligible for our Bonus Incentive Program.
Travel Requirements : Depends on work location; if not in Colorado, USA expected to be less than 10%, company meetings and recruiting events.
