Client Services Account Manager

Led by the founding family for over 30 years, our 1500-person team supports omnichannel distribution to 150+ countries. Through our interwoven set of capabilities — investments, logistics, retail strategy, and marketing, among others — we empower our clients to cut through the noise in an increasingly saturated global market.

Responsibilities:

1. Create a positive and professional client service experience.
2. Manage client inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
3. Work with different departments to impact client queries, tasks, and processes.
4. Leverage relationship with manager to de-escalate customer issues or inquiries.
5. Provide clients with key assistance with processes and services.
6. Learn and continue to develop technical knowledge and expertise, including CRM, SaaS, WMS, as well as other software utilized by the corporation.
7. Develop relationships through proper follow-up and completion of tasks and inquiries.
8. Maintain client records and document processes.
9. Identify potential client service concerns and recommend process improvements based on feedback.

Requirements:

1. High School Diploma or GED
2. Bilingual preferred (Spanish)
3. 1 Year experience in client services, operations, logistics, or similar role is a plus.
4. Strong communication skills.
5. Computer and software skills, including Microsoft Office and Outlook.
6. Excellent interpersonal skills with problem-solving abilities.
7. Detail oriented.
8. Excellent organizational skills, time management, and teamwork.

Salary commensurate with experience ($18-$21 per hour)
