Dynamics and Salesforce Architect

Need CRM Solution Architect with some understanding and experience with MS Dynamics from a support and sustain perspective but who's core strength and experience is with Salesforce, including experience with migrations to Salesforce.

Heavy on Salesforce servicing experience--someone who has supported both sales and service side of house.

Extensive experience from case management perspective

Should know what a data model looks like for different entities

Needs to be a thought leader and help make decisions on roadmaps and Salesforce instances (which ones for which verticals, for example) for the organization.

Multi-year effort but start out as one year contract--potential for CTH.
