LHH is partnering with a client in Thomasville that is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team! This role will be onsite M-F 8-5 and will be contract-to-hire paying $18-20/hr. depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage order process from start to finish for assigned territory of clients
- Receive orders and enter into ERP
- Verify specifications and communicate with production, purchasing, inventory, etc. to determine ship/delivery dates
- Track order through to delivery
- Act as first point of contact for any client questions, concerns, or issues and provide real time updates
- B2B customer service experience within a manufacturing company is preferred
- Must have experience using ERP
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
