As the Director of IT Enterprise Applications, HR & Legal, you will lead and optimize our HR, Legal, and Strategy solutions, aligning IT initiatives with broader business objectives. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence and ensuring compliance. You will leverage your expertise in Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools like DocuSign to enhance systems that support the entire employee lifecycle and legal processes.

Workday HCM & Application Development Leadership:

  • Direct the management, enhancement, and continuous improvement of the Workday HCM system, focusing on scalability and integration across the global enterprise.
  • Provide visionary leadership for application development, with a specific focus on HR and Legal applications, ensuring alignment with company growth and strategic objectives.
  • Leverage experience in application development leadership to drive innovation and enhance the user experience throughout the employee lifecycle.

CLM & Legal Technology Oversight:

  • Oversee the deployment and management of CLM tools, including DocuSign, with an emphasis on global scalability and compliance.
  • Lead initiatives to optimize contract management processes, enhancing workflows for greater efficiency and legal compliance.

Global Enterprise Leadership:

  • Lead and develop high-performance, globally distributed IT teams, ensuring service delivery and support across multiple regions.
  • Ensure the effective operation of HR and legal applications for a company with over 6000 employees in 50+ countries, while managing international challenges such as compliance and time zone differences.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management:

  • Manage strategic relationships with key technology vendors, including Workday and DocuSign, to ensure seamless integration and performance.
  • Act as a key liaison between IT and senior leadership, driving alignment between technology solutions and business needs.

End-User Experience & Innovation:

  • Champion a superior end-user experience across all HR and legal technology applications, ensuring that solutions are user-friendly, scalable, and delivered within time and budget constraints.
  • Innovate and drive new solutions that improve efficiency, performance, and employee engagement across a global enterprise.

Skills & Background:

  • Proven experience as a leader in global SaaS organizations, managing the development and deployment of HR and legal technology applications across a multinational landscape.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years of leadership in application development for large-scale, global enterprise applications.
  • Demonstrated success in building and leading globally distributed, cross-functional teams in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
  • Experience leading the development and management of enterprise applications with an emphasis on integration, scalability, and compliance.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives and align technology solutions with business goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • Significant experience in SaaS organizations with a strong focus on application development and HR/Legal technology systems.
  • Extensive experience with Workday HCM and CLM tools, such as DocuSign, and a deep understanding of enterprise application architecture.
  • Strong leadership and project management experience, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on a global scale.
  • Strong understanding of data security, privacy laws, and global compliance standards.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical issues into actionable business outcomes.

Compensation: This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.

$141,850.00 - $278,350.00
