Job description Responsibilities
- DSP Management:
-Manage the operations of Delivery Service Partners (DSP) in the district.
-Supervise and guarantee that DSP activities adhere to the company's standards and demands.
-Establish and sustain a quality assurance framework for DSPs to maintain high service standards.
- Warehouse Management:Oversee the day-to-day operations of warehouse providers, ensuring consistent on-time, quality performance through communication and continuous improvement.
- Shipping Operation Management:
-Manage cross-border shipping from China to international markets, building proactive monitoring systems and contingency plans to meet customer delivery commitments.
-Generate reports related to business transactions and operational efficiency.
-Conduct root-cause analysis of failures and take corrective actions.
-Manage compliance, quality control, and quality assurance standards and specifications.
-Developing key performance goals and managing the performance of staff.
-Lead daily control meetings, identifying issues and actions to be taken.
-Overseeing large projects and interpreting performance reports.
-Managing the budget and monitoring the financial health of a location or business unit.
- Recruitment and Training:
-Recruit DSP personnel that meet the company's requirements.
-Organize and implement DSP training programs to improve the skills and service levels of the DSP team.
Basic Qualifications:
-At least 5 years' experience in logistics management, warehouse operations, and dangerous goods handling (warehouse and transportation).
-Fluency in Chinese and English is essential, both written and spoken.
-Leadership experience, with a demonstrated ability to motivate and develop a team.
-Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
