Head of IT Infrastructure

$200k base salary
I’m working with a rapidly growing organization in the Oil & Gas industry who are looking for a Head of IT Infrastructure to support their locations in West Texas.
This position will be responsible for overseeing technical operations across corporate locations which will include implementing technology solutions, leading the service desk and driving SLAs. Additionally, you will be developing and implementing an IT/OT strategy in alignment with the organizations manufacturing objectives (which includes the introduction of new technologies) and implementing tools for asset management. This position with have leadership responsibility for the Plant Operations, Engineering and Technology functions internally.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Demonstrable experience in an IT Management role, ideally with 3+ years operating as a leader within a Manufacturing or Oil & Gas (or similar) environment – we’re looking for a rockstar!
- Have a background working with large, remote infrastructure operations as well as Networking & Cloud technologies
- Experience designing and implementing asset management tools
- Experience working with manufacturing-related technologies such as MES, ERP & SCADA systems
- Have implemented relevant tools such as Datadog, SolarWind, Solar Trace, etc.
