Title : Contract Healthcare Recruiter

Location : Charlotte, NC (5 days on site)

Type : Contract - Good Possibility to convert to FTE.

Description:

• Bachelor's degree highly preferred; additional years of experience will be considered in lieu of a bachelor's degree.
• Three (3) years' experience as a Recruiter; five (5) or more years preferred.
• Previous experience should demonstrate knowledge of standard HR concepts, practices, and procedures - ideally in a healthcare or hospital domain.
• Requires excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, customer service focus, self-motivation, and ability to perform multiple tasks with minimum supervision.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and respond to problems creatively.
• May require travel to assist field locations with recruitment. (Must have own transportation and valid drivers license)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience with recruiting Exempt and Non-Exempt healthcare opportunities.
• 5 days onsite in office - No remote or hybrid.
• Experience with Volume/Mass based Hiring days.
• Ability to lift, tug, pull up to twenty-five (25) pounds.
• Ability to physically operate a computer keyboard, calculator, and multi-line telephone system.
• Ability to travel via automobile and/or airplane.

Nice to Have:

• Familiar with plasma or blood donation recruiting.
• Any IT hiring is helpful
