Student Success Coach Assistant

Assist Student Success Coach- 1. Provide one-on-one coaching to students to help achieve academic goals. 2. Offer mentorship and support to students in developing study skills 3. Offer individualized plans based on students needs 4. Track and access students progress 5. Connect student with resources such as tutoring, counseling, academic advising 6. Identify potential problems and assist HSSC to intervene 7. Maintain open communication with students 8. Keep record of students grades, progress and problems 9. Share, update and report successes
