The Asset Management Product Owner for Cytiva is responsible for managing the portfolio of installed base (IB) for Equipment Services business to elevate service performance, improve product visibility, monitoring and reporting of Key Performance Indicators through effective IB management.

This position is part of the Service Digital team and will be onsite. At Cytiva, our vision is to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

What you will do:

  1. Responsible for developing and delivering the Service Digital Salesforce/ServiceMax portfolio for install base management, software management, and tool management. This workstream will also encompass managing projects related to regional repair shops, and governance of other digital tools.
  2. Prioritize the Service Digital strategic roadmap for responsible portfolio with facilitated stakeholder input to shape the near and long-term vision. Scan the external market for digital tool development and capabilities to the team for adoption.
  3. Gather global business requirements, utilizing industry knowledge and best practices and translating global requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria and grooming with IT department.
  4. Work with an international cross-functional team of content professionals, designers, testers and others to ensure development is executed and aligned with strategy and product roadmap. Create and execute project plans and drive deliverables to ensure quality, on-time delivery at each milestone.
  5. Apply DBS (Danaher Business System) principles and standard methodologies to drive sustainable results and change management.

Who you are:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  2. Prefer 5-7 years of professional experience in project management, digital platforms or improving business processes.
  3. Proven ability to build organization/team and experience in influencing others to action on key initiatives at all levels in the organization.
  4. Effective in-person and virtual communicator across functions and geographies with an ability to implement dynamic, participant-centered meetings with strong group facilitation skills to drive outcomes.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  1. MBA preferred.
  2. Functional knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC) and Service Max or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) digital tools.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
