Position : WPS (ENDPoint/SCCM) Solution Architect
Location : Dallas TX (Onsite)
Duration: contract and fulltime both
Own Overall Infrastructure Solution Design Lifecycle (solution design, effort estimation, solution articulation, transformation, development of business case and presentation) including Strategic and product roadmap.
Specialization in End User Computing Area toolsets and operations.
Work with client, business development team, and service delivery team to understand client requirements
Participate and lead due diligence exercises (where applicable)
Drive and Own Solution discussions with Internal Stakeholders. This includes: Solution Workshops, Roadmap planning, Solution Reviews Calls, Deal Review Calls, and participate in Deliverability Assessment Calls.
Deliver solution Presentation to Customers
Drive / Participate in Solution discussions with Partners (where applicable).
Coordinate with other BU's to provide an integrated solution and document current operations
Support product management and marketing teams in developing productized solutions offerings and collateral (where applicable)
Perform overall quality check on the client and project deliverables.
Adhere to the defined ITIL4 process framework
Contribute to key initiatives in the practice People Management, as applicable.
Strong technical skills in infrastructure services areas.

Technical Expertise:
5 to 10 years of experience in Architecture and Designing solutions, End Point Management, ServiceNow optimization.
8 years’ experience performing roadmaps for strategic and product alignment
Experience in leading significant technical solution design and development, leveraging existing tool suites, and proposing best-of-breed solutions.
Must have strong hands-on experience working service delivery systems including SCCM, Intune, vulnerability and patch management, CMG, and security products.
Experience in first line of defense security initiatives
To maintain Data Sovereignty compliance (GDPR) when Multi-Geo must have to be used
Migrations from Win10 to Win11 experience, including users application retention
Must have Architectural Proficiency in integrating Microsoft and non-Microsoft Mobile Devices/Mobile Application Management & Unified Endpoint Management solutions with Exchange/Office 365 (Intune, Auto Pilot, SCCM Co-Management environment, etc.) as well as other third-party email-aware apps (Unified Communications/Messaging, Fax, Printer/Scanners)
SPF, DKIM, and DMARC (along with ARC) Office 365 Advanced Threat Protection, Must have an architectural understanding of Microsoft 365 protections
CAS, DLP, ATP, AIP
Data Loss Prevention, RMS/IRM, Azure Information Protection (Classification-Labelling & Sensitive Information Types), Office 365 Message Encryption & Transport Rules
Legal/Litigation Holds, Retention, Deletion, and Data Immutability
Strong communication skills –express key ideas and obtain tangible feedback from cross-functional team members and stakeholders.
Hand- on experience with implementation, deployment, migration, and support of core M365 services, including (but not limited to):
End point management systems and best practices
SCCM Cloud environments
Design and deployment of an SCCM Co-Management environment
Preferred Qualifications in:
Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Management
ITIL4 foundations
Solutions Architect in Azure Cloud, Azure Virtual Desktop, scripting, and automation
