As a Marketing Generalist, you will be responsible for providing critical support to the Marketing department by executing a wide range of marketing initiatives, including tradeshow and event planning, digital campaign coordination, content development, and administrative functions.
How will you impact our organization as a Marketing Generalist on a daily basis?
- Coordinate logistics for trade shows and marketing events, ensuring smooth execution and successful outcomes.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on pre-event planning, on-site support, and post-event analysis to optimize strategies.
- Assist in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to enhance brand visibility.
- Oversee project management systems, handle invoicing, and liaise with vendors and internal teams to keep projects on track.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations for improving marketing efforts.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in a marketing support role, with a focus on event coordination and digital marketing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms like HubSpot and Constant Contact.
- Experience in managing social media platforms and digital content optimization.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting for marketing effectiveness.
- This role requires the ability to travel up to 25%, which may include both local and out-of-state travel, depending on business needs.
