Compensation Snapshot: Competitive Annual salary range: $140-150k/year DOE (totaling between $160-180k+ with Guaranteed Bonus Plan & Auto/Phone Allowances)
A National leader in the custom home building industry, is looking for a General Manager of Operations in Cookeville/Crossville TN area!
This role is managing all aspects of a new-home builder / GC from staff management, client/customer development & customer service to community outreach and marketing. Financial P&L management and price/purchasing decisions are critical as well to ensure a successful & profitable operation while also developing relationships with suppliers to provide the best materials for the custom homes being built.
An ideal candidate must possess a strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, customer-service determination and a vast knowledge of residential construction. Someone that is from (or familiar with) the Cookeville / Crossville area & knows the local vendors/subs/etc would be ideal in order to integrate the company/branch more effectively to the new area marketing & operations efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Production Management for Custom Homes
- Hire Sales & Project Management staff and manage their performance.
- Consult with potential Homeowner-Clients to determine their Dream & Budget.
- Establish professional relationships in the area for subcontractor, vendor and suppliers.
- Be active in community networking & associations to broaden the company's visibility.
