Senior Software Engineer

We’re a recruiting firm working directly with the founding team to find a Senior Full Stack Engineer who thrives on autonomy, enjoys building systems from scratch, and is eager to shape the future of a rapidly growing company. All details about the role and company will be shared during the phone interview.

What You'll Do :

• Lead the development of end-to-end features, working closely with the founding team and cross-functional partners
• Take full ownership of projects, from architecture and design to deployment and scaling
• Build scalable systems, focusing on performance, security, and maintainability
• Collaborate in shaping product direction and technical decisions as part of the core team
• Mentor and guide junior engineers as the team grows

What We're Looking For :

• 5+ years of full stack development experience in high-growth and/or early stage startup environments
• Expertise in Javascript and at least two backend languages.
• Proven track record of building and scaling web applications from scratch
• Strong understanding of databases (SQL or NoSQL) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for ownership, autonomy, and solving complex problems
