Travel Nurse RN - CVOR in Madison, WI

**Job Title:** Registered Nurse (RN)
**Job Specialty:** Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) Nurse
**Job Duration:** 13 weeks
**Shift:** 36 hours per week, Day/Evening, 12-hour shifts, Monday-Friday, variation of 6:30am-7pm with possible 9:40am-10pm
**Guaranteed Hours:** 36 hours per week
**Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of acute care experience required. Must have experience in Cardiothoracic Surgery and/or Acuity Adaptable area. Experience in an Academic Level 1 Trauma center or similar size hospital is required.
**License:** Must have a valid nursing license from the state or a compact license.
**Certifications:** Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.
**Must-Have:**
- Permanent address outside a 50-mile radius of the job location.
- At least two references from a recent work environment (supervisor or manager).
**Job Description:**
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to plan for patient care in the operating room.
- Communicate and coordinate operating room activities to enhance surgical case progression and turnover.
- Implement safe, competent, and efficient patient and family care according to policies and standards of care.
- Float to multiple units as needed based on staffing requirements.
