We are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team. You’ll be responsible for the execution of marketing initiatives to promote our brand, products, and services. This role involves working closely with the COO/CMO and the marketing team to coordinate projects, manage administrative tasks, and assist in the development of content.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Assist in ensuring and supporting the marketing team vision, meeting short-term and long-term goals.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, events, etc.
  • Give direction, reminders, and deadlines to team members in order to keep projects moving forward.
  • Handle administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, maintaining marketing files, and organizing marketing assets.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with company goals.
  • Help track marketing expenses and ensure projects stay within the budget, as well as contractor invoices and approvals.

About You

  • You have 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or administrative role.
  • You are highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • You have strong interpersonal communication and collaboration skills.
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills; ability to interact with all personality types and behaviors; flexibility.
  • You have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • You are able to keep information confidential.
  • You thrive working in an entrepreneurial environment.
  • You have the ability to travel.
  • You are proficient in computer skills including the ability to work with Google Suite apps for business and to navigate online systems as well as project management tools when necessary (ClickUp, Trello, etc).
  • You have the ability to track and meet multiple concurrent deadlines.
  • You have the ability to be immediately adaptable to changing priorities.

The target compensation range for this role is $70,000 - $75,000 , based on qualifications and experience. Location: Hybrid; working at home as well in our California office located in Huntington Beach, CA, must be local to the Los Angeles area as we will not be offering a relocation package.
