Job Purpose: The purpose of this role is to provide customer support of Fujifilm ES equipment in the Endoscopy department by managing all relevant equipment, providing basic troubleshooting, and training for proper care and handling. This role provides onsite, hands-on client support for Fujifilm Endoscopy’s entire product catalog and reports directly to the Regional Sales Manager or Zone Sales Director.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in driving sales revenue inside the regional territory as directed.
  2. Support the clinical demonstration process by direct sales personnel or sales partners.
  3. Lead the pre-demonstration (pre-demo) process to ensure a successful clinical demonstration.
  4. Serve as a primary resource for training customers on the proper use of equipment in the clinical setting.
  5. Partner with the Product & Marketing Team in developing required educational resources.
  6. Support the training of new field sales and support personnel.
  7. Perform as field-based experts on proper reprocessing techniques.
  8. Provide weekly and/or monthly reports to management as directed.
  9. Attend local, regional, and national trade shows as requested.
  10. Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
  11. Comply with all applicable U.S. FDA medical device regulatory requirements and other applicable laws.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of field sales or clinical experience desired. Knowledge of GI/pulmonary flexible endoscopy preferred.

Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related quantitative disciplines preferred.

Special Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Outlook. Strong communication and written skills are essential.

Physical Requirements: Ability to perform physical demands such as using hands and fingers, standing, talking, hearing, and lifting up to 25-50 lbs.

Travel: Travel requirements 75%.

Salary and Benefits: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 annually (depending on experience) + $49,500 variable comp opportunity, Company Car, Life Insurance, 401k, Paid Time Off.
