Prototek is ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D:2016 certified as well as ITAR Registered.For more information, visit Job Summary The Director of Strategic Sourcing & Outsourcing will be a key member of Prototek\'s Leadership responsible for overseeing the procurement of goods and services across multiple business units and locations, as well as helping grow revenue and EBITDA through strategic outsourcing. This position is critical to achieving the company\'s top line and bottom-line growth targets. The Director will lead the development and execution of strategic sourcing initiatives, expand and manage outsourcing contracts, and ensure alignment with the company\'s overall business objectives. Essential Functions Strategic Sourcing and Outsourcing: Owns the P&L for the Outsourcing Business Drives growth of the Outsourcing business across the Prototek enterprise Develops and implements a comprehensive procurement strategy that aligns with the company\'s business goals. Lead cross-functional teams in the identification, evaluation, and selection of categories and suppliers for corporate contracts for direct and indirect materials, and services. Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to ensure optimal value for the company. Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain competitive advantage.Vendor Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors. Conduct regular performance reviews and audits to ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.
