Good Life Group, Inc. is looking for a dynamic IT Tech Support Specialist to join our team of professionals. This individual contributor role is an hourly, full-time position located in North Highlands, California. Responsibilities and Duties: * Network Management: Overseeing the company’s computer networks, ensuring they run smoothly and securely. * Technical Support: Providing support to employees with any IT-related issues, troubleshooting hardware and software problems. * Cybersecurity: Protecting the company’s digital assets by implementing security measures, monitoring for threats, and responding to security breaches. * System Maintenance: Regularly updating software, managing backups, and ensuring all systems are up to date. * Infrastructure Planning: Planning and implementing IT solutions that support the company’s business goals Experience and Working Knowledge in the following areas: * Software management (install and routinely update necessary software) * Systems (cameras, keycards, security.) * Network management ( firewalls, servers, backups) * Hardware tracking and ordering (computers, office electronics, etc.) * Hardware installations (Computers, office electronics, etc.) * Cybersecurity (monitoring emails, and phishing) * User management and security for computers Qualifications and Skills: * Minimum 2 to 3 year of experience in IT support or related field * Strong knowledge of software troubleshooting, including Office applications and operations systems (Windows, macOS) * Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure components such as serves, networks, and storage systems * Experience with managing Active Directory * Experience with remote support tools and VPN technologies * Excellent critical thinking skills and ability to diagnose technical issues * Excellent analytical, communication, and customer support skills * Diligence and ability to work efficiently under pressure. * Motivated attitude to learn and grow within the company and be a team player.
