.This position is responsible for researching and responding to telephone and written inquiries in a prompt, accurate and objective manner.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
*High School Diploma or GED- education verificatio not required.
*1 year customer service experience in a health care or health insurance environment.
*Experience in provider outreach, making decisions, and responding quickly to questions.
*Data entry and/or typing experience.
*Interpersonal, analytical, organizational and independent decision making skills.
*Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
