Endeavor Consulting Group, a leading consulting firm specializing in the pharmaceutical industry, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Consultant, Clinical Trials. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in assisting our clients with the design, implementation, and improvement of clinical trials. You will be responsible for providing expert guidance and strategic advice to our clients, ensuring the successful execution of clinical trials. Your deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, regulatory requirements, and best practices in clinical research will be essential in driving the development and implementation of innovative trial strategies. By leveraging your analytical skills and attention to detail, you will analyze data, identify key insights, and make recommendations to optimize trial design, patient recruitment, and overall trial management.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to define clinical trial objectives and develop comprehensive trial protocols
- Conduct feasibility assessments to evaluate the viability of trial sites and patient populations
- Provide guidance on regulatory requirements and ensure compliance throughout the trial lifecycle
- Develop and implement patient recruitment strategies, including the creation of marketing materials and targeted outreach campaigns
- Oversee site selection and contract negotiation with investigative sites
- Monitor ongoing trials, analyze data, and identify trends and potential risks
- Provide strategic recommendations to improve trial efficiency, quality, and patient safety
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 4 years of experience in clinical trial management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
- In-depth knowledge of international regulatory requirements and guidelines for clinical research
- Strong understanding of biostatistics and clinical trial design
- Experience with electronic data capture (EDC) systems and other clinical trial technologies
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
