Chief Financial Officer

Our client is an IT consulting firm that focuses on the Financial Services marketplace (Payments, Mortgages & Lending, and Capital Markets, including Hedge Funds, Private Equity, Real Estate, Wealth & Asset Management).

They currently have over 2,000 employees worldwide and are in need of a CFO to lead their operation based out of Portland, Oregon.

This role will pay a base salary probably between $200K and $300K + bonus.

Requirements

1. Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or CPA strongly preferred.
2. Proven experience (15+ years) in a senior finance leadership role, as a CFO or VP of Finance, within the technology consulting and IT services industry.
3. Strong financial acumen with a deep understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
4. Demonstrated expertise in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
5. Experience leading M&A transactions, including due diligence, valuation, and integration.
6. Experience working with foreign currencies and multiple time zones.
7. Experience in Comprehensive ERP Transition: Demonstrated experience in leading and managing comprehensive Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) transitions, encompassing planning, implementation, and optimization phases. Experience with ERP systems such as Netsuite, SAP, Oracle, etc.
8. Experience working for a rapidly scaling company with revenues of $60 million and up.
9. Strategic thinker with a track record of driving financial performance and creating shareholder value.
10. Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
11. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.
