Job Requirements / Description

Responsibilities:

  • Engage in troubleshooting, managing, and updating systems and communication networks.
  • Deploy virtual machines and utilize task management software effectively.
  • Create and extend technical documentation and work instructions to standardize workflows.
  • Manage (access, cost, evaluation) the internal IT tooling stack of the client - Atlassian, Testrail, Google Suite, Slack, Datadog, Okta, Microsoft Office, MDM.
  • Improve the internal tooling stack of the client.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience of minimum 5 years in a System Administrator role or similar capacity.
  • Proficiency in completing Active Directory tasks.
  • Knowledgeable in Windows and OSX systems.
  • Experience with Virtualization tools, particularly VMware.
  • Fluent English.
  • EST hours.
