Responsibilities:
- Engage in troubleshooting, managing, and updating systems and communication networks.
- Deploy virtual machines and utilize task management software effectively.
- Create and extend technical documentation and work instructions to standardize workflows.
- Manage (access, cost, evaluation) the internal IT tooling stack of the client - Atlassian, Testrail, Google Suite, Slack, Datadog, Okta, Microsoft Office, MDM.
- Improve the internal tooling stack of the client.
Requirements:
- Previous experience of minimum 5 years in a System Administrator role or similar capacity.
- Proficiency in completing Active Directory tasks.
- Knowledgeable in Windows and OSX systems.
- Experience with Virtualization tools, particularly VMware.
- Fluent English.
- EST hours.
