This job was posted by : For more information, please see: Marketing Assistant for Alcohol and Drug Prevention will support staff by assisting with:\ \Social media planning, campaign creation and execution specific to alcohol and drug preventionCreating and posting social media content to include marketing copy, photographs and videosAdministrative tasks, including but not limited to tracking earned media, media reports, signage creation and signage posting.Create promotional flyers, posters and brochures.Distribute promotional material across YC campuses.Contribute to the planning coordination and promotion of student health & prevention events and outreach.Participate in and promote the Health & Wellness Club.Complete Certified Peer Educator TrainingProvide peer education to YC students requiring additional information about internal and external prevention and recovery resources to support their health and wellness goals.Provide peer education to YC students requiring additional information about internal and external prevention & recovery resources to support their health and wellness goals.Support prospective and existing students by answering questions and providing referrals to internal and external resources.Develop an expanded knowledge of Yavapai College.Develop an expanded knowledge of social service resources in Yavapai County.Assist with additional projects, as needed
