The Role
We’re looking for a people leader to drive business results by maximizing the impact of our team and advancing our culture and environment. The Head of People will own all of the talent acquisition and management functions, helping develop and free Gordians to reach their highest potential.

Remote + Travel
We have a unique system for remote work called 7+1. Our remote teammates travel to Bellevue, WA for a full week once every two months, requiring everyone not working from Bellevue to travel 6x per year.
