Basic Requirements for the Employee Benefits Attorney:
- 2-6 years of experience focused on employee benefits law
- Recent law firm experience at a highly regarded large or boutique law firm
- LL.M. in tax is a plus
- Excellent academic credentials from an ABA-accredited law school
- Excellent analytical, written, verbal and interpersonal skills
- Licensed to practice law in Illinois
- Outstanding professional references

Compensation:
Pay: The salary range for this role is $190,000 to $210,000 or more. Pay is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, and location.
